- How long is my tour hosted?
- 12 months of hosting is included. After that the tour is archived, not deleted — if you need it again later, for example for a security-deposit question, contact us and we can reactivate it.
- Does the space need to be empty?
- No. We scan vacant and furnished spaces. For a condition record, vacant and clean shows the most. Tidy up anything you don't want captured.
- Can I, my tenant, or my agent be there during the scan?
- Yes. We just ask everyone to step out of the camera's view as we move room to room.
