What this is not

This is a visual 3D record of the space as captured. It is not an architectural as-built, engineering drawing, inspection, or survey.

Book the first visit while framing, rough plumbing, and rough electric are still visible. Once drywall goes up, that view is gone. The finished-space visit is a second record of what the rooms became.
