Homebuyers · post-offer

Walk the house again after the inspection van leaves.

Once an offer is accepted, capture a living record during the engineer inspection. Use it to plan renovations, staging, and furnishing — and to share the space with contractors before closing.

After the offer, before the keys

The inspection window is short and the house is still someone else’s. A living record lets you walk it again from a laptop after the engineer leaves.

Plan with people who were not in the room

Share the model with a contractor, designer, or family member so they can see clearances, window walls, and how rooms connect — without another appointment.

Staging, furnishing, first renovations

Measure for furniture, sketch a kitchen path, or mark what you want opened up. The model is a planning file, not a substitute for the engineer’s report.

This is a planning and sharing record. It does not replace a professional home inspection, appraisal, or survey. Coordinate access with the listing agent the same way you would for any other appointment.

Capture the house while you still have access

If you are under contract in Staten Island or NYC, send the address and your inspection window. We will tell you what we need on site.
