Najjar Property Solutions LLC captures a detailed, walkable, shareable 3D record of a physical space. The record shows the space as of the capture date.
What this is not
A 360 record is a documentation and sharing service. It is not a substitute for a professional inspection, survey, appraisal, architectural as-built, engineering drawing, or legal advice. This site does not make EPA or HPD compliance claims. Lead-inspection details live on getleadtested.com.
Condition over time
A record of a rental or construction space is as of the capture date. It does not represent current condition after later tenants, renovations, or finished work.
Pricing
Standalone apartment and home prices published on this site are the current consumer rates for a 360 visit booked here.
