Do you do Matterport 3D tours on Staten Island?

Yes. Get 360 Record is based at 17 Carol Court, Staten Island, NY 10309 and captures Matterport 3D property tours across Staten Island and all NYC boroughs. Pricing starts at $249.

What is a 360 living record?

A walkable, measurable, shareable Matterport 3D tour of a home, rental, or job site as it looked on the capture date. It is documentation and sharing — not an inspection, survey, or architectural as-built.

Who is Get 360 Record?

Get 360 Record is the public brand of Najjar Property Solutions LLC. Get 360 Record / Najjar Property Solutions is the exclusive Matterport / 360 contractor for Grinberg Management & Development, one of Staten Island’s largest scattered-site residential property portfolios.

How long does the visit take?

About an hour for a typical apartment up to 900 sq ft. Larger homes and multi-unit visits take longer; we'll give you an estimate when we confirm your appointment.

When do I get my tour?

Within 24 hours of the visit, by email, as a link you can open on any phone or computer.

How long is my tour hosted?

12 months of hosting is included. After that the tour is archived, not deleted — if you need it again later, for example for a security-deposit question, contact us and we can reactivate it.

Does the space need to be empty?

No. We scan vacant and furnished spaces. For a condition record, vacant and clean shows the most. Tidy up anything you don't want captured.

Can I, my tenant, or my agent be there during the scan?

Yes. We just ask everyone to step out of the camera's view as we move room to room.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can get a full refund any time before your visit, and rescheduling is free.

How soon will you confirm my appointment?

Within 1 business day of booking.

Can I use the tour in my rental or sale listing?

Yes. You get a standard Matterport link you can share with anyone and add to listing sites that accept 3D tour links.

Is this a home inspection or an as-built drawing?

No. It is a visual, measurable 3D record of the space as it looked on the day of capture. It does not replace a home inspection, appraisal, survey, or architectural drawings.

Do you also do lead paint inspections?
